IDEA Cellular bags title sponsorship for Bangla tri-series

IDEA Cellular today bagged the title sponsorship for the one day international (ODI) cricket tri-series and the test match series. The series is to be played in Bangladesh from January 4, 2010. IDEA Cellular will run contests to enable its customers to win free tickets to the tournament. IDEA will also offer a chance for its customers to win merchandise and meet the cricket stars. “IDEA has constantly innovated to bring the best of cricketing entertainment for mobile consumers in India. We are happy to announce the ‘IDEA Cup Tri Series’ this season, and plan to offer a wide range of cricket related VAS content and other unique contests and programs for over 56 million IDEA subscribers in the country,” said Pradeep Shrivastava, Chief Marketing Officer, IDEA Cellular.
