India Eco Summit: Jubilant Organosys to invest Rs 250 cr

A majority of it would be spent on de-bottlenecking activities while a small portion of it would go for the R&D activities," Jubilant Organosys Chairman and Managing Director Shyam S Bhartia told reporters on the sidelines of World Economic Forum . When asked about the company"s proposed resolution to raise Rs 500 crore, he said it is only a "enabling" resolution and the time limit for the same has not been decided, adding that the resolution is for a one-year period.
