Motilal Oswal profit rises 74% to Rs 47cr

Broking and related revenues were up 31 per cent to Rs 125.3 crore as compared to Rs 95.6 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Investment Banking fees were down 8 per cent to Rs 15.2 crore as against Rs 16.5 crore in the year-ago quarter. Asset management fees were up 26 per cent to Rs 6.4 crore as compared to Rs 5.1 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
