TCS opens global delivery centre in Argentina

With more than 10,000 square metres, TCS will initially employ about 250 professionals at the new centre. Located in the Parque de los Patricios neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, the centre will provide consulting, advanced IT solutions, Business Process Outsourcing services and IT product implementations. In addition, the centre will house the company’s first regional SAP Centre of Excellence. “Our growing presence in Latin America continues to be of strategic importance to our overall business growth and we remain committed to working in close collaboration with institutions and universities to help foster the development of local talent in Argentina and provide customers with the world class IT solutions from this location,” said S Ramdorai, CEO and managing director of Tata Consultancy Services during the opening ceremony.
